MY PROCESS
01.
We’ll meet up for a coffee to chat & get to know each other. Feel free to bring your spouse or any family who’ll be part of your birth team—everyone’s welcome. You bring your questions, I’ll bring mine.
02.
We develop an inclusive birth plan, go over helpful laboring techniques, partner support during early labor, when to go to the hospital, timing contractions & I’ll answer every question in between. Once you’re ready to head in, we meet up and I’ll support you from there.
03.
After delivery, we schedule our postpartum visit and no need to worry, I’ll come to you. We can take some time to reflect through your birth experience & process the unknowns that may have arose. I’m here to support you and your family in every way.
MY GOAL IS TO ensure YOUR birth IS UPHELD.
My goal is to ensure that each part of your birth plan is upheld by everyone involved. I’ll educate you along the way, even when variation arises & give you the confidence to make informed decisions. Births change all the time, but your end goal doesn’t have to.
