CERTIFIED birth + POSTPARTUM doula IN EASTERN NM
labor + BIRTH SUPPORT
$1000 + TAX
This support includes phone and text support, prenatal visits, birth planning, birth support for you & your partner, recovery assistance, postpartum visits, and much more. With doula support, I will honor, empower and support your birthing goals. In this package, I offer:
Labor + Birthing Support to include, birth plans, physical, mental, spousal, and emotional support to the client’s family.
1 Postpartum Visit: Up to 7 days after delivery.
1 Lactation Visit: At the postpartum visit following delivery, client’s preference, or on demand.
The option to use my Postpartum and Lactation Support are available as single services.
POSTPARTUM support
$30/hr
Bringing your new baby home can be both exhilarating and intimidating. With postpartum doula support, you will have access to answers for all of your questions and concerns, no matter when they arise. During our postpartum visits, I offer:
Feeding support
Recovery and adjustments
New baby care
Hands-on help with tasks ( meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, etc.)
The option to use my Postpartum Support is available as a single service. I require that my clients use a minimum of 2 hours for this service.
lactation SUPPORT
$30/hr
After birth, I can assist with lactation support by offering emotional, and physical support to mothers and their families. I’ll be there to help overcome all the common barriers to breastfeeding, and even through bottle feeding. Ways that I can assist in lactation are:
Feeding positions
Feeding cues
Breastfeeding concerns (Engorgement, cracked nipple, low-supply, etc.)
Partner support
The option to use my Lactation Support is available as a single service. I require that my clients use a minimum of 2 hours for this service.
