ABOUT

I’m Caitlin, founder of The Woven Womb

Hello!

My name is Caitlin, & I'm a christian birth doula who has been supporting families in Clovis, NM for 1 year & counting. I’ve attended over a dozen births ranging from home births, to hospital births in Clovis, Portales, and Lubbock. I've been married 7 years, with my own 4 amazing children. I’m a veteran, student nurse, runner, weightlifter, crazy plant lady, & I’m madly in love the minivan I said I’d never drive.

I’m praying to graduate nursing school early-mid 2027 and my goal is to go into labor & delivery. Being a doula first helps me to be able to see birth variations & support women to my fullest potential whether it’s a birth center, hospital or home-birth setting. I’m blessed to have this experience & praying it serves me well in my nursing career.

As your doula, I want you to feel seen, heard & equipped to reclaim your body and birth. I’ll ensure your family feels educated, respected, and informed as you navigate pregnancy, birth, & the transition to postpartum. I will address all your questions, concerns & potential fears along the way. I’d love to help you have a more positive birth experience that’s peaceful, rooted in confidence, supported in love & surrounded in trust.

With guidance, honesty, comforting presence, and compassionate care, I’ll ensure you and your family feel educated, empowered, & confident during such a profound moment.

about

The Woven Womb was founded after a traumatic birth experience in the hospital. Women deserve to know the truth about birthing and the options to make their own birth choices. To date, I have attended over a dozen births since I have lived in Clovis. I’m thankful to be able to support such a small community.

values

The Woven Womb operates by empowering women to make informed decisions regarding their births. I help educate mothers and their families on what to expect at a hospital, home birth, or birthing center. We create a plan that honors your values, traditions, beliefs, and body for delivery.

mission

The Woven Wombs mission is to prepare mothers and families by guiding them through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am compassionate, caring, honest, and want to help you create a transformative birth experience.
