Community Therapies

Community Therapies is a PT and pelvic floor therapy clinic located in Clovis, NM. Pelvic floor therapy is aimed to improve chronic pelvic pain, bladder & fecal incontinence, and strengthen muscles after childbirth, prolapse, or surgery. PFT is not just aimed at postpartum mothers, it’s also for pregnancy, pre-pregnancy, and women who struggle with pelvic health issues. C-section mothers can greatly benefit from cupping done by a pelvic floor therapist. Cupping helps heal the scar tissue of the cesarean by decreasing tightness, increasing mobility and circulation.

Nurstead Mental Health

Nurstead Mental Health or NMH is a New Mexico certified Behavioral Health Agency that was created to increase access to much needed services in Eastern New Mexico and statewide rural areas.  NMH was first created to provide Mobile Crisis Services to residents of Curry and Roosevelt County in New Mexico, with these services going live August 14, 2023 to these counties.  

In the process of founding our agency, other service needs and gaps were noticed and brought to us and agreeing there was the need in Eastern New Mexico and much of rural New Mexico, NMH added intensive outpatient for substance use and other addiction services, making them available statewide via Televideo.  We have also added additional services for those local to our office in addition to the IOP and Crisis services NMH provides; comprehensive community support services, peer support services, domestic violence counseling, anger management and parenting classes, and we continue to grow with additional services in development.
